In accordance with Art. 23 of the Law of Ukraine “On mobilization training and mobilization” on October 21, 1993, conscription for military service during mobilization, for a special period, are also not subject to:
- applicants for professional (vocational), professional higher and higher education, trainee assistants, graduate students and doctoral students studying in full-time or dual forms of education;
- scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers of institutions of higher and professional higher education, scientific institutions and organizations with an academic title and / or scientific degree, and pedagogical workers of institutions of vocational (vocational) education, institutions of general secondary education, provided that they work respectively, in institutions of higher or vocational higher education, scientific institutions and organizations, institutions of vocational (vocational) or general secondary education at the main place of work by at least 0.75 of the rate;
List of documents for admission to graduate school
For admission to graduate school, applicants submit the following documents:
- applicant’s statement;
- a copy of the passport (1, 2 and 11 pages) or ID-passport with an application for registration;
- a copy of the certificate of assignment of the identification number of the taxpayer’s registration card;
- a copy of the military registration document (for those liable for military service – a military ID or temporary certificate of a person liable for military service, and for conscripts – a certificate of registration to the recruiting stations);
- a copy of the master’s degree (specialist) and its supplement;личный листок по учету кадров;
- 6 color photographs 3×4 cm (signed on the reverse side);
- statement of consent to the collection and processing of personal data;
- list of published scientific works and their copies (if any);
- a certified copy of an international certificate in a foreign language (if any);
- a copy of the document on the change of surname, name or patronymic (if necessary).
In the event that a master’s (specialist) diploma, on the basis of which postgraduate admission is carried out, is acquired at a foreign institution of higher education, the applicant is allowed to enter the entrance examinations.
In case of successful passing of the entrance exams, the applicant must, before the start of the second semester, go through the procedure for recognizing documents on higher education at the National Information Center for Academic Mobility SE “Image Center” of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;
